Assistant, Digital Ad Operations

The Assistant, Digital Ad Operations is responsible for trafficking digital campaigns and supporting day-to-day campaign management. Assistants will also be involved in generating campaign analytics reports, assisting with RFPs, sending partners insertion orders and general support of the digital team.

  • Traffic digital display campaigns in DCM
  • QA creative assets to make sure they match specs, click through, & have the correct content
  • Create custom linking URLs
  • Assist in pulling reports and creating weekly analytics dashboards
  • Assist in digital ad campaign maintenance
  • Develop working familiarity with DCM, Symphony & Google Analytics
  • Assist with RFPs
  • Manage digital media plan entries into our media planning platform
  • Send partners insertion orders
  • Effectively represent agency and clients with media representatives
  • Work on special projects as assigned by supervisors and managers
  • Strong numerical aptitude and accuracy
  • Exceptional computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and possess the ability to work independently without supervision
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Innovative thinking for developing creative strategic solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • College Degree preferred
  • Experience with DCM (formally DFA), and digital ad serving  a plus
  • Previous agency or sales assistant and/or internship experience a plus
