Supervisor, Digital Strategy

The role of the Supervisor, Digital Strategy is to effectively manage digital team members and provide strategic depth. Supervisors are responsible for mentoring junior team members, and understanding the technical aspects of digital marketing. Successful Supervisors develop innovative marketing and media plans/products whilst facilitating team growth.

  • Establishing excellent working relationships with key client contacts
  • Managing and mentoring digital team members
  •  Identifying strategic and tactical opportunities
  • Developing digital products to bring to market
  • Development and stewardship of media plans
  • Collaborating in a cross-functional capacity with other internal teams
  • Develop and maintain strong positive working relationships with fellow employees in all departments
  • Work as an effective member of the digital planning team
  • Provide assistance to others in need of help as personal workload allows or as requested by management
  • Strong numerical aptitude and accuracy

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Education: BA/BS from accredited institute of higher education – advertising/marketing preferred
  • Experience: 4+ years digital planning experience
