Haworth High

Recognizing the limited exposure high school students have to the advertising industry, we launched Haworth High in 2020 to bridge that gap. By reaching students early, we aim to acclimate them to agency life and spark their interest in pursuing advertising in college and beyond. Designed to break down barriers that prevent diverse talent from exploring careers in this field, the program combines engaging in-class learning with immersive, hands-on internships working on real-world client projects—driving our mission to foster diversity and inclusion.
